I’m happy to help anyone in Cape Breton and northern Nova Scotia. I want to introduce myself and I’m looking forward to helping sellers and buyers. I have been a licensed real estate broker for many years in Ontario and am now a full time resident of Cape Breton with a brand new brokerage. I was originally licensed in 2000 as a sales representative. I worked for years as a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and as a real estate legal assistant for several lawyers in Ontario before returning to real estate as a sales rep and then a broker.
